No, someone does not need to be present as long as entry instructions are provided at the time of booking. This may include a lockbox code, door code, concierge access, or other approved method for entering the residence.

We’re happy to work with whatever access method is most convenient for you. However, if entry instructions are not provided, are incorrect, or we’re unable to access the location upon arrival, a cancellation or service fee may apply due to the reserved time and dispatched staff.

You can sign up for recurring services at the time of booking by selecting or requesting a recurring schedule. We offer several convenient ways to set this up — including online booking, direct communication with our team, or through one of our technicians during a visit.

No problem — we regularly work with property management companies and HOAs and are happy to provide a Certificate of Insurance (COI). To ensure a smooth and on-time service, please notify us at least 2 business days in advance of your scheduled appointment.
